How to refine your face?
As a child, we thought you were cute, thanks to your plumpface. Except that today, it is still as rounded and you do not really appreciate this feature anymore. Finally, somemedicationscan change the physiognomy of the face and give it a more plump or swollen appearance. This is the case of corticosteroids, certain antihypertensive drugs, or certain hormonal treatments.

What to do to slim your face?
Food hygiene
If your round face is due to a diet that is too rich or uncontrolled, a few dietary measures should help you refine it. The important thing is to ensure good food hygiene:
make your own meals, rather than having the (bad) delivery reflex;
Choose raw foods and make sure youeat everything in reasonable quantities – fruits and vegetables, complex carbohydrates, lean proteins;
- Pay attention to yoursalt intake, as it promotes water retention;

Facial Gym
To hollow out your cheeks :
- Smile hard, pushing your cheekbones as high as possible, and hold the position for 10 seconds. Release for a few moments and repeat 5 times in a row.
- Pronounce “X” and then “O” 20 times, articulating exaggeratedly. You can repeat the exercise up to 3 times.
To clear your double chin:
- Head straight and shoulders relaxed, put a hand at the lower base of your neck, to keep the skin tight. Then smile broadly and throw your head back, without abruptness, keeping the skin of the neck tight. Repeat about twenty times.
- Head straight, make the so-called “bulldog” face, putting your lower lip on your upper lip, then trying to smile. A word of advice: make sure you are alone, to avoid causing hilarity in your loved ones…
Other tips
