Some basic exercises
Summer is almost here, why not take advantage of these mild periods? In order to gently attack a few muscular exercises to feel better immediately with a little more response at the start of the school year, two good habits are to be adopted.
Remember to take the stairs: those in your home, at work, in the street… whatever! Get into this great habit. However, do not be too greedy at the beginning in order to manage the effort gently. Do you live on the 6th floor? Stop the elevator at the 5th, then fifteen days later, stop at the 4th, then at the 3rd, etc. Finally, know that if the stairs allow good muscle work on the way up, it is not the same for the descent which exerts “more” pressure in the knee joints.
Walk at a good pace, sheath your belly and contract your buttocks: doing gymnastics without looking like it is the trend of the moment. Standing in line at the checkout counters at the supermarket, walking down the street, waiting for your child to leave school… every opportunity is good to take. With small “incognito” contractions you squeeze your buttocks, you visualize your navel penetrating inside your body and, discreetly, you release a trickle of air, pretending nothing. This work, repeated by the dozen, makes it possible to acquire a good musculature of the most important part of your silhouette: the abdo-lumbo-perineal region.

A few rules of food hygiene and common sense
Strict diets are “out” and no longer popular with the general public. When you want to lose weight, you can do it just as well by changing a few eating habits.
Meals : at breakfast we favor carbohydrates, cheese, butter which will be eliminated throughout the day. In the evening we do “light” using the dissociated diet. Egg (one is enough), fish or meat with vegetables at will. Like the Japanese, we use the bowl which “traps” the brain only in the quantity consumed. Cook fiber, legumes that fill the stomach and improve intestinal transit. We stop sugary drinks without any nutrients such as soda.
Common sense : to spend serene and peaceful nights is to be fulfilled and reassured. Lack of sleep makes you fat by disrupting a hormone that regulates fat stores: leptin. Don’t try to split meals excessively, but take the time to count the calories without the fuss. Finally, massage yourself to loosen the fatty tissue from the superficial layers of your body. Massage also allows you to take care of yourself. Loving each other is important!
