The MonCoachingMinceur.com diet is a coaching directly available online, and which allows you to lose weight. In April 2014, the site listed more than 150,000 slimming assessments carried out, and already had several thousand people supported, online, in their weight loss. (1)

The site wishes  to register against the current of miracle or privative methods . This is a good point since the method wishes to show common sense by taking into account the psycho-emotional dimension, a dimension far too often forgotten in certain diets  like that of Atkins  or  Dukan . This diet therefore insists on the fact that there can be no lasting weight loss if there is no psychological support, in addition to food and sports support.

The 5 different phase scenarios are as follows:

  • A start by  the Starter , followed by  Balance  and  Consolidation
  • A  behavioral start , then  Balance  and  Consolidation
  • A start with  Balance  then  Consolidation
  • A start by  the Starter  then  the Consolidation
  • A start with  Behavioral  then  Consolidation

For the definition of phases:

  • the Starter  is a phase strongly focused on protein intake.
  • Balance  is a hypocaloric phase, but which nevertheless argues to respect the food balance.
  • Behavior  is a phase that consists of re-  educating eating behavior  and taking greater account of the psycho-emotional aspect.
  • Consolidation  is a phase during which it is a question of maintaining one’s weight while respecting all of what was learned during the previous phases.
