The Natman Diet

Be careful to cook the meat without fat, salt or pepper. For the dressing of the salad, opt for balsamic vinegar with a little pepper and salt.

The stabilization phase

Once the 4 days of dieting have been completed, you must not relax all your efforts. Indeed, in order not to regain weight quickly, it is advisable to follow a stabilization phase. This phase consists of continuing with a low- calorie diet for at least 7 days. For women, it is advisable to take between 1200 and 1500 calories per day. As for men, they should take between 1500 and 1800 calories. During this phase it will be necessary to eat as healthily as possible. The food will have to be varied and it will be necessary to supervise the fats which you will add to your dishes. Continue the good habits taken by no longer snacking between meals. It is important to follow this stabilization phase to avoid the yoyo effect.
