Advice
Zucchini is the ally of your heart! Indeed, its richness in potassium (230 mg per 100 g of zucchini) allows this food to help lower blood pressure and facilitate muscle contractions.
The other big nutritional advantage of zucchini, besides the fact that it is low in calories, is its interesting fiber content. These molecules are not absorbed by the intestine but help to clean it and facilitate digestion. In addition, fibers play a role in the prevention of type 2 diabetes , cardiovascular disease and even certain cancers. Finally, they bring a feeling of satiety, ideal to avoid overeating!
Enjoy your lunch !
